Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and had an incredible view of the sea and main strip, making it worth paying extra for. However, they did not get much sun at any time of the day. The service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff who helped with booking day trips and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was ideal, just a couple of minutes from the main pedestrianized area with shops and restaurants, and close to the port for easy access to Naples. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of choices for breakfast. Overall, a great value for money hotel with top-notch amenities.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although kept clean, didn't match the expectation from the photos and appeared more basic. The staff were helpful but made a booking mistake. On the positive side, the location was perfect for exploring the main pedestrian street, but there were minor inconveniences in accessing certain amenities.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The room was clean and spacious with air conditioning, but it was a bit noisy. The service was excellent, with very helpful and polite staff who even brought us fresh oranges in the morning. The location was convenient, just a minute from the pedestrianized strip but without the noise. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of options, although it may not suit everyone's preferences. The facilities were great, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the main shopping area and provides easy access to Marina Grande and the harbor. The rooms were dull and uninviting, with constant 'clacking' sounds from the old elevator. The service was a mix of being courteous and unfriendly, though mostly helpful and friendly. The dining experience offered a fantastic variety of choices. However, the hotel could have been better situated right at the end of the main street.
The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff in a great location near the city center. The dining experience offers good quality food with nice options but could use a bit more variety. The facilities are well-maintained and convenient for a good value.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's situated in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. The rooms at the back of the hotel, with French doors to a small balcony, were spotless and tranquil, perfect for those who prefer a quieter stay. The service from the staff was exceptional, they were genuinely happy and catered to all dietary needs. The dining options were varied, offering a pleasant selection but could improve with more cereal choices. Overall, a comfortable and friendly atmosphere with great value for money.
The hotel was mostly clean and had a bad acoustic protection in the dining area. The staff was courteous and polite from the early morning, which was nice and helpful. The location was great albeit quite noisy, almost in the center of the city. The dining options were fantastic with a wide variety to choose from. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well-decorated, making for a cozy stay. On the downside, the shower was quite dated, kept turning off, and was too small. The nice balcony was a pleasant addition.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Despite clean rooms and a nice balcony, the constant noise from the neighboring lift made it hard to rest, especially with the small size and overpowering air conditioning. The staff, while friendly, lacked honesty in their service.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious non-smoking rooms that offered stunning sea and Vesuvius views. The large balcony was a great addition, providing a side view of the sea. The staff was always happy, smiling, and ready to help, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere during my stay. The location was fantastic, just a couple of minutes from the main pedestrianized area with various dining and shopping options, as well as being close to the port and hydrofoil to Naples. The breakfast was substantial, offering a wide variety of quality items to start the day right. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent service and amenities.
The hotel's location is superb, close to key attractions and shopping areas. The rooms were clean and tidy, although slightly on the small side. The service was remarkable, especially from Gabriel. The dining experience offered a variety of choices, with some authentic dishes available. The facilities were decent, meeting our needs for a pleasant stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were as expected for a 3-star, but the beautiful Italian floor tiles added a nice touch. My room had a balcony with a stunning sea view, and it was immaculately clean. The only downside was that there was only one accessible plug for charging devices, located in the bathroom.
The hotel offers a good value for money with rooms that could do with some refurbishment but are kept clean and tidy. The service was very welcoming and helpful in booking tours to local attractions. The location is excellent for exploring the city with a bit of noise from the main street. The dining options were satisfying, with a decent variety of choices. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a big bed and a nice little balcony, though not so soundproof. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff and personal touches like fresh oranges in the morning. The location was just perfect, close to everything I needed. The dining experience was delicious with a wide buffet selection. Overall, it was worth paying a little extra for this experience.
